“We have been working for Austrian companies for a long time, and with our office in Vienna we now have a local presence,” explains Diapharm’s CEO Dr Stefan Sandner. “At the same time, we want to use Austria as a base to expand further into south-eastern Europe.”
Director of Diapharm Austria GmbH is Dr Irina Hase. With a PhD in Biology, Dr Hase joins Diapharm from Kwizda GmbH in Linz (Austria), where she was Qualified Person. Before this, she worked in the Quality Control department at Schering Plough. Dr Irina Hase studied at the Universities of Graz (Austria)
and La Laguna (Spain) and obtained further qualifications in Quality Management at the University of Vienna before completing her PhD at the University of Heidelberg (Germany).
