Your Career Path in Three Steps

1. Start

Gain insights into different worlds.

Start as a trainee at Diapharm directly after your studies. This will give you an inside look at a pharmaceutical company and a consulting firm at the same time.

During the trainee program, you’ll rotate through all the departments at Diapharm, learning about different working methods and getting to know the project dynamics.

2. Take off

Set the course and actively participate in projects.

At the end of the 3-month trainee period, we’ll decide together which job at Diapharm is the right one for you.

The program will give you initial insights — formal training starts afterwards. As an associate at Diapharm, you’ll acquire regulatory knowledge, conduct client meetings, and take on your first projects. You’ll also deal with the economic viability and efficiency of projects.

3. Further development

Take responsibility.

First training, then specialization with a focus either on subject-matter expertise or project management: As a regulatory expert, you take professional responsibility, work closely with our clients on regulatory issues, and develop the right strategies.

As a Project Lead, you are responsible for resource allocation, budget and schedule planning, manage projects across various departments, and take charge of overarching communication with the clients.

Diapharm supports you in your personal and professional development.

Working at Diapharm

The application process is a bit different here. We prefer personal conversations over cover letters and certificates.

It’s often assumed that technical knowledge makes for a good consultant. But in every situation, asking the right question is more important

than having all the answers. That requires confidence, courage, and decisiveness.

We feel it’s easiest to clarify your personality, expectations, and career goals over the phone.

Let’s chat — Diapharm values dialogue!

We want to know more about you and what makes you unique!

We can’t get that from a CV, a certificate, or a cover letter. Instead, we’d like you to write an About Me letter of self-reflection. We’re not interested in what others say about you, but how you describe yourself.

With this self-reflection letter, we want you to answer two questions: Who are you? What makes you unique? Focusing only on your personal qualities, independent of your expertise, is a challenge. We can’t wait to learn more about you!

You can get to know us by phone or video conference — but whether it’s truly a fit, is something you’ll only know in person.

We’re interested in how well Diapharm suits you — and how well you suit Diapharm. That’s why we invite our candidates to a personal interview in Münster!

“Traineeships allow career starters to gain a comprehensive view of Diapharm’s consulting portfolio.”
