5th International Conference on the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The 5th International Conference on the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine will link science and technology innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the big health industry. Heritage, innovation, development and application of TCM will be discussed for the purpose of building a platform for international exchange and cooperation of TCM and bio-medicine. The two-day conference will be host to a total of 12 panels:

8. Development of the Health Service Industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine
9. Internet and Big Data of Traditional Herbal Medicine
10. Heritage, Innovation and Development of Chinese Ethnic Medicines
11. International Collaboration on Clinical Research of TCM Preventing and Treating Critical Diseases
12. Innovation and Industry Development of Bio-medicine

The conference series is being held since 2002. It is organised by the Sichuan Provincial Government and co-sponsored or co-organised by China’s Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, among other institutions and international organisations.
