QP services: Qualified Person

Do you need a qualified person in order to fulfil your legal obligations as a pharmaceutical company? Not willing or able to hire another employee for this job? Then a qualified person provided by Diapharm will assist you in such cases by offering advice and assuming the responsibilities of this position. For as long as you need, short or long term.

Our QP service can be used for these and other purposes:

• Take on the duties and responsibilities of a qualified person for the long term
  
• Temporary help, e.g. to tide over during staffing transitions
• To appoint an additional QP to fill in when employees are unavailable due to illness or holiday
• To expand capacities, e.g. a qualified person for special areas
  

Diapharm's QP services provide pharmaceutical companies with a highly experienced qualified person in acc. with Section 15 of the German Drug Law (qualified person in acc. with Directive 2001/83/EC) on a daily or weekly basis. This naturally includes QPs for special situations such as sterile production and medicinal product for advanced therapies.
